Who we are?
We are a family-owned firm, located in the heart of Dusseldorf. At the moment, our team consists of 5 people who want to achieve the best for you with much joy and commitment.
Christian Schmidt is the owner of the legal and tax consulting firm Rechts- und Steuerberatung Schmidt. With more than ten years of professional experience as a lawyer and tax advisor, he founded the firm in 2012. In his many years as a German tax advisor and European lawyer abroad, he gained a diversity of experience, which he uses successfully in his current job.
What we do?
Our firm Rechts- und Steuerberatung Schmidt advises a diverse client base on a national and international level. In addition to tax advice of expatriates in the context of international employee assignments, the focus is also on classic tax advice i.e. filing of German tax returns, tax advice for freelancer etc. as well as the areas of inheritance law, criminal tax law and labour law.
